The YOGA_METHOD project represents the third annual YOGACAMP, which will be held from April 29 to May 9, 2017 among the Caucasus mountains of Krasnaya Polyana (Sochi). This time, the traditional May camp will be held in an expanded format - a seminar and festival with invited professional instructors from different countries. The participants will spend four days of the festival with bright and charismatic yoga masters. Anna Sologub (France) - the star of the French yoga community, teaches yoga in Grenoble, studied with the President of the French Yoga Federation Gerard Arnault in Paris, is famous for her creative and inspiring approach, has been conducting yoga in the style of vinyasa flow since 2013. Anton Samsonov (Russia) - certified teacher of hatha yoga. He has been teaching since 2001. He studied at the Moscow Ashtanga Yoga Center, Kiev Yoga Federation. Olga Marquez (Russia) is the ideologist of the School of the Perfect Body #Sekta, the inspirer of thousands of people for qualitative changes in their lives. Pranav Gopal (India) - belongs to the ancient family of Brahmins, Swami Satyananda lived in their family in the Himalayas for a long time, at the festival Pranav will present classical yoga: asana, pranayama, mantra yoga, concentration techniques. And a special guest is Denis Zaenchkovsky, one of the first yogis in Russia, a man who brought up more than one generation of yoga teachers.
The seminar itself is built of ten days of regular intensive practice with complete immersion in the theory and fundamentals of hatha yoga with Mikhail Pavlov and Mikhail Pomorov. Daily camp participants will be offered two advanced training modules - morning and evening. The morning training module will consist of shatkarmas (yoga cleansing techniques), pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga asanas. The evening training module will consist of a detailed lesson on yoga asanas, an analysis of the principles of injury safety in practice and strengthening the muscle corset. The program includes several lectures on topics: the theory of asanas and the construction of sequences, the physiology of breathing and pranayama, the philosophy of yoga and the connection with Hinduism.
This year, the base of the camp will be AYS Design Hotel, located in the middle of the resort of Roja Khutor at an altitude of 1170 meters overlooking the snow-capped mountains of the Caucasus Range.
Notes For Editors: Pavlov Mikhail - instructor in yoga, snowboarding and freediving, a professional traveler, creator of the YOGA_METHOD project. Mikhail devoted twelve years of his life to travel to Southeast Asia and study there. He began teaching in 2001, first for friends, and after a while in yoga studios. The leader of the workshops "Factory of Health" in Montenegro and Thailand (2007), the leading teacher of the centers "Open World" and Free Flow Yoga in Goa, the instructor of the seminar for teachers of fitness yoga in Yekaterinburg (2009). He collaborated with the Yoga Dom and Pilates & Yoga (2009-2012) projects, the partner of the Shanti Goa project (2013-2014), the organizer of the annual training camp in Dahab, India and Crimea. Collaborates with Yoga Class and SEKTA projects. He conducts regular training in the pool under the program "Conscious Swimming" as part of the apnoe_method project. Mikhail Pomorov is a certified hatha yoga instructor (International Yoga Federation) according to the methodology of Anatoly Zenchenko “Ishvara Yoga.” He also studied at the seminars of Alexander Nikitin, Alexander Taishev, Artyom Frolov, Denis Zaenchkovsky, Dr. Madavan, Mark Derby, Danny Paradise , Maria Vorobyeva, Sergey Babkin, Sergey Sidortsov, Reinhard Hammenthaler, Yulia Cherkasskaya, etc. In 2010, he received initiation and practice in the traditional line of Shaivism (virashaiva sampradaya). Teaches group and individual trainings. Since 2012, he is the author and host of visiting yoga seminars in Russia, India and other countries, as well as pilgrimage tours to Hindu shrines. He is the author and presenter of a series of mass events "Yoga Marathon." He was a partner of various yoga studios of St. Petersburg, including "Ashtanga Yoga Center", "Shanti", "Happy Yoga", "ZonaYogi", "Emerald", "Shavasana", a partner of the #Sekta Perfect Body School, "Sphere" yoga center and Urban yoga studio Yoga.
